HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR MY CHILDREN TO PLAY?

We charge $4 per child, beginning at 1 year of age. Adults and children under 1 and over 7 years old are free! Our play area is geared towards babies, young toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Because our cost to play is very reasonable, there is no discount if you are paying for multiple children to play. We encourage you to buy a punch card if you have multiple children!

do i need to reserve a time to play?

No! Play is open to anyone who comes and no reservations are necessary to hold a spot. You are welcome to call before coming to ask how busy the café is and we will send occasional updates throughout the day on how busy we are on Instagram and Facebook via stories.

CAN I USE MY FRIEND’s punch card, OR GIVE MINE TO A FRIEND TO USE?

Yes! Punch cards may be used for anyone and be given to anyone. These are a great gift option and include 5% off all retail and menu items when redeemed for play passes.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH & CARDS?

We accept all major cards including American Express, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay. For the safety of our employees, we do not accept cash or checks for payment. 

I HAVE A CHILD THAT'S OLDER THAN PRESCHOOL AGE. CAN THEY COME TOO?

Of course! Our play space best suits the ages of 0-6 but older siblings are always welcome. Please remind older visitors to be mindful and respectful of the little bodies at play as well as use the toys as they are intended. We reserve the right to ask older siblings to find a calm activity to engage in if we notice inappropriate behavior. Ask the barista if your older child would like to sit at a table and play a game (playing cards and board games are available upon request)!

is there a safe space for my crawler to play?

We have a sectioned-off crawler area with sensory toys and books for babies that are not quite ready to romp around with the toddlers. You can see a picture of it in our gallery.

can i uSE THE PLAY AREA WITH MY CHILD?

Absolutely! In fact, all of our adult seating is integrated into the play area to encourage this!

CAN WE have a birthday gathering during regular business hours?

You are welcome to invite other to join you at the café for a birthday "play-date" where guests may bring in gifts, but you may not bring in any outside food/drink, decorations, or re-arrange tables in the café to accommodate your "party". Please see our party options to book a private rental of the café if you would like to have private use of the café and bring in your own birthday treats and decorations.

Is there a designated area for moms to breastfeed?

We encourage you to feed your child wherever and however you feel comfortable. There is a a small nook in the crawler area that you can bring a café chair into if you would like a little more privacy. 

WHAT IF WE LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please double-check to make sure you have all of your belongings (and children!) before you leave the café! We do have a lost and found that is donated weekly. If you did leave something, please call and ask a staff member to look for it in the lost and found for you.

DOES YOUR FACILITY ENFORCE A PLAY-AREA CAPACITY? 

We make sure the play area is as comfortable as possible at all times. Our play-area capacity is 20 children and is available on a first-come first-serve basis. You are welcome to call before coming to ask how busy the café is. If there is a wait, we ask that you either wait outside or in your car.

WHAT ARE YOUR cleaning procedures?

All seating and play areas are disinfected and sanitized with food-grade products throughout the day. Children and adults are asked to stay home if they show signs of sickness (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.). Hand sanitizers are available throughout the café.
